We do not do return of dresses so we do ask that you are 100% sure on the sizing the you choose and the style and colour. To ensure you are fully happy with your purchase we do contact you personally to discuss your dress and sizing so that you are confident you have chosen the right size.
If your dress is damaged when you receive it, please contact us the day you receive it for a return label and we will replace the item.
If you refuse a package from Shail K Australia we will treat it as a return and issue you a store credit for the cost of the item.
Shail K Australia is an authorized retailer for all dresses on our website. You can find us listed as an authorized retailer on the manufacturer’s websites, and when you order a dress from us it will ship in the original manufacturer packaging with with original tags attached.
All items are subject to stock availability. While many are in stock, we may have to special order your item. When you select your size and color, you will see the estimated shipping time appear below. Rush shipping options are sometimes available, please contact us to discuss rush options. Please note that items available as a special order are not eligible for return. Any sale item is final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Final Sale items.
We request that all customers enter a wear date for their dress at checkout. If no wear date is specified, then we will proceed with the order if it will be able to ship within the time frame noted on the website at the time of order. If the dress will not ship until after the specified ship date, we will contact the customer either by phone or email. If we do not hear from the customer within 72 hours, we will cancel the order.
Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled without incurring a 50% cancellation fee.
Once an order has been placed we will send you a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
We ship using USPS and DHL.
We are happy to ship your order to any address you would like. However if your shipping address is not the same as your billing address or cannot be verified by your credit card company we will require the cardholder to fill out an address verification form and submit photo ID to confirm that we may ship the order to that address. If you do not want to fill out the form you may add the desired shipping address to your credit card, or we can ship the item to your billing address. Please contact us if you have any questions about this process.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, or PayPal, and Bank Transfer as forms of payment. We will send you out an invoice with style, colour and sizing plus shipping costs and GST.
